NERSC meetings take place on the second full weekend of the even months. They shall be hosted by each member Area once every two years according to the following schedule:
Odd years: Feb – Northeast Mass, April – Cape Cod, June – Southeast Mass, Aug– Metro West, Oct – Martha’s Vineyard, Dec – Greater Worcester
Even years: Feb – Western Mass, April – Greater Providence, June – Boston, Aug – Central Mass, Oct – Nantucket, Dec – South Shore
